Shipping rates
All shipping charges are clearly stated before you confirm your order.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order, regardless of the number of items you purchase.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment.
Once your order has been completed, you will be sent an email confirming that your order is on it's way.
Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail. Orders over £75 may be sent by DPD, DHL, UPS or other courier.
Deliveries outside of the UK
The Wibbell Store is not responsible for any taxes or customs handling fees or delays to deliveries due to customs handling.
Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Procedures & Refunds
All items have a 7 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.
If you need to return an item, you must first notify us by email within 7 days of delivery to obtain a returns number and instructions for return. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the item. We do not refund postage costs nor do we pay for the return postage to us if you have simply changed your mind about a purchase. You are advised to send returned items by recorded delivery. Shipping charges will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
